It all started from an unassuming little pasta store in Sunbury 10 years ago, where an idea to share a love of food and celebration was born. With passion, enthusiasm and dedication this idea grew into Sunbury’s favourite little catering company Bella Gourmet who have been a part of hundreds of events in the Sunbury Community and surrounds over the years.

Now in a new era, Bella Gourmet has evolved into Pumpkin and Sage Catering Co with Dione + Pheonna at the helm. Having each grown up in cultures that are deeply rooted in family, food and celebrations, a love for entertaining and creating joy through food is at the very heart of Pumpkin and Sage.

Hey there, it’s Dione from Pumpkin and Sage! My journey with Pumpkin and Sage began in 2023 when I worked for the business, formerly known as Bella Gourmet. Teaming up with my bestie Pheonna, we’ve been creating flavorful magic ever since. Inspired by my Egyptian heritage, sharing my creations with loved ones brings me immense joy. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me at a play-date or unwinding with a good movie, sitcom or crime drama and a glass of wine. But above all, cherishing quality time with my family and adorable girls is what truly fills my heart. Let’s keep the good times rolling and the flavors sizzling!
 
Hey I’m Phe – the other of half of Pumpkin and Sage! From my early days serving up Aussie-themed fare at 17 to helping people plan their dream events, my 15 year journey in hospitality and event planning has been filled with incredible experiences and opportunities. With a soul deep love for food, culture and style, my passion for creating unforgettable moments extends beyond the kitchen, pouring my heart and soul into crafting experiences that turn into truly delightful memories. When I’m not busy getting my creative on, you’ll catch me savoring a coffee at my favorite café, indulging in french cheese, hiking with my partner Ben and unwinding with a great book and glass of wine.
